Upon arrival in Houston, you'll meet your ETA Tour Manager and begin your tour! First, you'll visit the Space Center Houston where there are over 400 things to see and do including many exhibits, two films, four live shows, several artifact galleries, Independence Plaza, the NASA Tram Tour and more!
This evening you'll have dinner and free time to enjoy some free time before resting up for the days ahead.
Today you'll participate in the 2019 Lonestar Music Invitational, an exclusive competition for your high school varsity level band. You'll perform in front of world class adjudicators. Check out more details at pages.etadventures.com/lonestar
This afternoon you'll visit the the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston. Founded in 1900, The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston's collection numbers more than 56,000 works and embraces the art of antiquity to the present. The MFAH is a versatile and ever-changing complex which features internationally-acclaimed traveling exhibitions and permanent collections, two art schools, a decorative arts center, a sculpture garden and an auditorium that showcases everything from cutting-edge films to fascinating lecture series.
After dinner you'll attend a performance at the Houston Symphony.
Director's have an optional music clinic with the judges. The clinic will be based on your stage concert.
To close out the trip you'll visit the Kemah Boardwalk, home to fabulous waterfront restaurants, amusements, charming retail stores, festivals and seaside shows every day.
