What if I need to cancel my trip?
Individual travelers who have purchased trip cancellation insurance may cancel for any reason up to 48 hours prior to departure to receive a 70% refund (except residents of the state of New York.) If you’re cancelling for a medical reason, you can submit a claim to receive a full refund. If you have not purchased insurance, we can change the name of the traveler; anyone traveling with a school group must have permission from the school.
What if my group doesn’t meet the minimum number of travelers?
If your group isn’t able to meet the minimum number of travelers discussed in your tour agreement, there are several options for you:
- We’ll work with you to rearrange your trip so that you can travel at the original quoted price.
- We’ll let you know the new cost to keep your trip exactly the same based on a smaller number of travelers.
- We’ll cancel your trip and everyone will receive a full refund.
