Performance Tours for Students

We know that for performing arts groups, rehearsal and practice at school can only go so far. The most important thing is to actually get out there and perform! We are constantly creating new and exciting ways for your groups to share their talents and have real-life experiences all over the world. Imagine your students performing at the Gershwin Theatre alongside Broadway stars, on stage at Lincoln Center or Carnegie Hall, marching in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City, entertaining the crowds at a Disney theme park, or recording an album at a prestigious recording studio in Nashville!

Festivals, Competitions & Parades

Perform or compete at events around the country! Destinations like Texas, Orlando, and New York offer great opportunities for your students to show off their skills and see the sites at the same time.

Compete in the regional or national competitions. Perform for a panel of adjudicators at a festival. March in parades across the country, from the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City, to the Cherry Blossom Parade in Washington D.C., to the Rose Parade in California. You could even march down the streets of Dublin in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Whether you seek to plan a marching band competition or a trip for pure musical enjoyment, we can help!

Whatever your interest or wherever you want to go, performance opportunities for your band, choir, orchestra and dancers are endless! ETA is here to help plan your marching band trips and show choir competition travel arrangements—so the students can focus on performing!

Believe NYC

Believe NYC is an organization made up of New York City artists working in theatre, music, and dance who have a passion for inspiring students to follow their dreams. They offer three-part Broadway experiences intended to be the perfect complement to any Broadway show and performance tour. Believe NYC’s original shows, masterclasses, and workshops are performed and taught by current professionals working in the Broadway industry!

For Band and Orchestras:
Hailed by the New York Times for her “magnificently sweet tone,” Keve Wilson’s From the Band Room to Broadway combines memories of her high school practice room with stories of life in a Broadway Orchestra Pit, in a Hollywood recording studio, and on the road touring the world. In this 45 minute whirlwind telling of her life in music, students get to see firsthand the dedication it takes to have a career as a professional musician.

For Choir, Theatre, and Dance groups:
From Main Street to 42nd Street, a one woman musical starring Jacque Carnahan, chronicles her journey as she pursued a career in musical theatre. From a small town in California to the lights of Times Square, Jacque delights and inspires as she guides the audience through the ups, downs and in-betweens of pursuing your passion.
