    Day 1

Upon arrival in Baltimore, MD, you will meet your tour manager and begin your trip!

Baltimore's Inner Harbor is one of the most photographed and visited areas of the city. It has been one of the major seaports in the United States since the 1700s. You'll enjoy some free time to explore the shops and restaurants located in the harbor.

After lunch, half the group will visit the American Visionary Art Museum where you'll experience a variety of exhibitions that will educate and amaze. Afterwards, you will go to Reginald F. Lewis Museum.

After lunch, half the group will visit the Reginald F. Lewis Museum in Maryland which celebrates African American History and Culture. You'll view art, artifacts, textiles, photographs, rare books and other items in African American culture. Some of the largest collections focus on African American military experience, early American jazz recordings and Maryland community history. Afterwards, you will go the American Visionary Art Museum.

    Day 2

After breakfast this morning you are in for an adventure! Travel to an Australian river gorge, descend through an Atlantic coral reef, explore a tropical rain forest, discover dolphins and sharks, and interact with animal experts - All at the National Aquarium in Baltimore!

After lunch, you will visit the nation's first wax museum of African-American history and culture. Featuring more than 100 life-life figures, including Martin Luther King Jr., Frederick Douglass, Nat Turner and Harriet Tubman, this is a site not to miss in this captivating city. The figures represent various periods in African-American history, from the colonial era to the present. A replica of a slave ship and an exhibit on youth complete the museum's offerings.

This afternoon you'll begin your return trip home.
