Music has the power to connect people across cultures, languages, and borders, and in summer 2027, student performers will have the chance to experience that connection firsthand.
Educational Travel Adventures’ Sound of Summer Ensemble invites student musicians to take their talents abroad on an unforgettable performance tour through England, France, Switzerland, and Italy. Over the course of 15 days, students will explore some of Europe’s most iconic destinations while performing in public venues across four countries.

From the historic streets of London and the beauty of Normandy to the Swiss Alps and the Renaissance charm of Florence, this journey blends music, culture, history, and adventure into one life-changing experience.
Students will visit world-famous landmarks, including the Tower of London, the Globe Theatre, the Normandy American Cemetery, Mont St. Michel, the Eiffel Tower, Lucerne, Interlaken, Grindelwald, and Florence’s Accademia Museum. Along the way, they’ll share their music with international audiences and build memories that last long after the final note.
With round-trip flights, hotel accommodations, motor coach transportation, daily breakfast, included dinners, scheduled performances, and the support of a professional ETA Tour Manager, the Sound of Summer Ensemble is designed to make international performance travel exciting, meaningful, and seamless.
For young musicians, this is more than a concert tour. It is a chance to see the world, grow as performers, and experience the unforgettable sound of summer in Europe.
