3-Night San Diego Sightseeing Adventure

You’ll depart on your flight. When you arrive in San Diego, you will meet your tour manager. Your bus will pick you up and you’ll continue your trip.

You’ll visit Old Town and witness the living legacy of San Diego history. You are also invited to wander free through Old Town’s historic buildings, including the blacksmith shop, Seeley Stables, Stewart House, Estudillo House and the oldest schoolhouse in San Diego.

After lunch, you’ll hop on the trolley and discover San Diego during this two hour, fully narrated tour. You will see San Diego and Coronado as you drive by Seaport Village, Old Town, the Gaslamp Quarter, Horton Plaza, Little Italy, Balboa Park and the World-Famous San Diego Zoo.

After dinner, you’ll arrive at your hotel and check in.

After breakfast, you’ll board your bus and depart the hotel for the day.

You’ll visit the San Diego Zoo Safari Park, an 1,800 acres zoo in the San Pasqual Valley area of San Diego, California, near Escondido. It is one of the largest tourist attractions in San Diego County.

After lunch, you’ll visit the San Diego Zoo. The San Diego Zoo is a zoo in Balboa Park, San Diego, California housing over 3,700 animals of more than 650 species and subspecies.

After dinner, you will return to your hotel on the bus.

After breakfast, you’ll board your bus and depart the hotel for the day.

You’ll visit the USS Midway, experiencing life at sea aboard one of America’s longest-serving aircraft carriers. Visitors to the USS Midway Museum enter a floating city at sea and walk in the footsteps of 225,000 Midway sailors who served our country and upheld the American ideals of strength, freedom and peace.

After lunch, you’ll visit the Gaslamp District. . The historic heart of downtown San Diego is the 16-block Gaslamp Quarter, founded in 1867 and home to many beautiful Victorian buildings that have since earned historic status. Today, excitement has returned to this lively dining and entertainment district.

You will have free time in Balboa Park, ranked as one of the best parks in the world!

You’ll visit the Reuben H. Fleet Science Center, an interactive Science museum for children of all ages, located in Balboa Park, featuring IMAX movies and Digital Shows at the iconic Heikofff Dome Theater.

Experience the warm, balmy glory of San Diego from the comfort of a luxury yacht. Head out to the deck for a spin on the dance floor under the stars. As the sun sets and the city lights come up, you’ll get breathtaking views of San Diego’s most famous sights, including the Coronado Bay Bridge, the Star of India, the North Island Naval station, and the USS Midway aircraft carrier. It’s a magical evening you’ll never forget.

You will return to your hotel on the bus.

After breakfast, you’ll check out of your rooms and board your bus for the day.

You’ll visit the Japanese Friendship Garden in San Diego, a serene and meticulously landscaped garden that reflects the beauty of traditional Japanese horticulture. Spanning 12 acres, it features koi ponds, walking paths, and authentic architectural elements, providing visitors with a peaceful retreat and a cultural experience inspired by the gardens of Japan.

After lunch, you will visit La Jolla, a lovely beach town located 20 minutes north of San Diego. Known as the the Jewel of Southern California, you’ll get a chance to watch for sea lions and view the magnificent coastline that make this resort town shine so exquisitely. You will have some free time to explore on your own.

You’ll head to the airport for your return trip home.
