Alicia Anderson

Group Travel Specialist - Sales, VA Office

I’m a Coke Zero (with ice, obviously) devotee who’s happiest with a good book, a golf club in hand, or hanging with my family — bringing team-player energy, creative ideas, and just enough sarcasm to keep things interesting.

When I Joined ETA & What I Love About Working Here

I started in 2009. Honestly, my favorite part is helping turn “just a trip” into something students talk about for years — and getting to partner with educators/teachers to make it happen.

Professional Background

With nearly 17 years of experience at Educational Travel Adventures as a Group Travel Specialist, along with prior experience serving as a Program Director for the Boys and Girls Club of America, I have dedicated my career to supporting students, schools, and educators. Throughout my professional journey, I have combined extensive industry knowledge with a genuine passion for creating meaningful, impactful student travel opportunities that help young people learn, grow, and experience the world beyond the classroom.

Go-to travel snack:
I’m fueled by (honey) crisp apples, a handful of Peanut Butter M&M’s, and, of course, a Coke Zero with lots of ice!
