You will depart as a group for your trip to FIESTA NEW YORK, and upon arrival you will meet your Tour Manager.
You're first NYC adventure will be an orientation walk through midtown. You'll experience Times Square with it's abounding lights and the true hustle and bustle of this magical city. Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Fifth Avenue are up next as you continue today's walk through some of the most iconic sites in the city.
Tonight you will have dinner at an authentic Cuban restaurant. After dinner, you will have free time to explore Times Square.
After breakfast, you will head to the Hispanic Society of America for a guided tour of the museum. The collections of the Hispanic Society are unparalleled in their scope and quality outside the Iberian Peninsula, addressing nearly every aspect of culture in Spain, as well as a large part of Portugal and Latin America, through the twentieth century.
Next, you will visit El Museo del Barrio, New York’s leading Latino visual arts cultural institution located in the East Harlem neighborhood also known as El Barrio. The museum welcomes visitors of all backgrounds to discover the artistic landscape of the Latino, Caribbean, and Latin American cultures.
After lunch, you'll visit Harlem, the residential, business and cultural center of New York's African American population. It is home to historic sites including the Apollo Theatre, the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture and the well known restaurant, Sylvia's Soul Food. You'll have free time to shop on 125th Street and explore. You will take a guided tour of the Apollo Theatre.
After a traditional Spanish dinner, you will see a latin inspired Broadway show.
Today you will explore the 32nd annual 116th Street Festival and immerse yourself in the north east's largest Latin festival! You will experience hispanic culture at it's finest from traditional music and art, authentic hispanic cuisine, performances, and more.
This morning you will eat a hearty breakfast building the energy to participate in a 90 minute introductory Flamenco dance class.
Next, you will head up to the 70th floor observatory at the Top of the Rock where you'll enjoy an unparalleled 360 degree view of the Manhattan skyline. You will also have free time to shop and explore at Rockefeller Center, a national historic landmark in the heart of Midtown Manhattan.
