You’ll visit Paris, the city of lights and an inspiration for love, art, food and culture where you’ll be able to sample the culinary delights of Paris.

You’ll depart for the overnight flight to Paris.

Arriving at Paris airport in the morning. You’ll meet your guide after you exit customs and then board a coach for Paris. You’ll see the city sights during a panoramic tour and make stops at the Notre Dame Cathedral in Sacre Coeur in Montmartre. You’ll also see the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs-Elysees, Place de la Concorde, Les Invalides, the Opera and more.

After the tour you’ll head to your hotel for check in and a short break before dinner. In the evening you’ll have dinner at a local restaurant and then return to your hotel.

This morning you’ll take a guided tour of the Louvre Museum. You’ll see the famous “Three Ladies,” the Mona Lisa, Venus de Milo and Samothrace Victory. After your visit you’ll have some free time for lunch. In the afternoon you’ll head up to Montmartre and walk along the narrow cobblestone streets. You’ll see the artists at Place du Tertre and the Sacre Coeur basilica. In the evening you’ll have dinner at one of the many restaurants on the square.

This morning you’ll head over to the Musee D’Orsay located inside an old railway station. This museum is known for its impressionist painting collection. After a break for lunch, you’ll continue to the Eiffel tower for a fantastic view of the city from above. Then you’ll enjoy a narrated river cruise on the Seine. In the evening you’ll have dinner on your own (not included) and then head back to your hotel.

This morning you’ll board a coach and head for Normandy. You’ll stop at the Caen War Memorial Museum where you’ll see exhibits and films about World War II. After a break for lunch at the museum you’ll continue to the American Cemetery at Colleville-sur-Mer and to Omaha Beach. Here you will learn about the historic D-Day invasion planned by the American and British armed forces into German-occupied France. You’ll see the beaches where the troops landed after crossing the English Channel and you will also visit the American Cemetery where over 9,000 Americans killed during World War II are buried. After the visit, you’ll head to your hotel to check in and have a short break before dinner.

After breakfast you’ll go to Arromanches for an in depth look at the D-Day landings, You’ll see the cliffs that were a central focal point during the landings and make a stop at the Musee d’Embarquement which is on the site of the artificial harbor. You’ll see how the Allied troops prepared for the landing through pictures, models and a short film. Keep the picture of the cliffs in your mind because next you’ll continue on to Bayeux where you’ll visit the Museum of the Battle of Normandy and take an interactive journey through the battle. You’ll have time to explore the medieval town of Bayeux before returning to Caen for dinner.

Today you’ll check out of your hotel and head back to Paris via Brittany. You’ll stop at the mystical Mont St. Michel. The island is linked to the mainland by a one kilometer causeway. You’ll enter the walled city and walk up the narrow medieval winding streets up to the 15th century village. You’ll also have a chance to visit the Norman Benedictine Abbey. After a lunch break you’ll continue on to St. Malo, a charming seaside town and Brittany’s most visited city that was originally built as a walled cathedral guarding the mouth of the Rance River. You’ll have time to explore the town before you board your coach for the drive back to Paris. Upon arrival you’ll have dinner and the evening free.

This morning you’ll check out of your hotel and head to the airport for your return trip home.
