Daily Itinerary

Take a visit to Athens exploring several historic cities and sites and travel on a 5-night cruise visiting multiple destinations

You’ll depart in the evening for your overnight flight to Athens.

You’ll meet your tour manager at the airport and then head to your hotel. You can check your luggage with the bellman. Rooms are typically ready after 3:00pm. In the evening you’ll enjoy a welcome dinner and then head back to your hotel for the night.

After breakfast in the hotel you’ll take a guided tour in Athens including a visit to the Acropolis and its museum, the Panathinaiko Stadium, where the first modern Olympic Games took place in 1896, and much more. In the evening you’ll have dinner and then return to the hotel.

After breakfast in the hotel you’ll take a trip to Corinth and Mycenae. In the evening you’ll have dinner in Athens and then return to your hotel.

Today you’ll take a full day excursion to Delphi. You’ll visit the archaeological site of Delphi and the famous archeological museum. You’ll also visit the Springs of Castalia known for its mythical waters of eternal youth. Your visit will also include a visit to the Temple of Apollo and the Sanctuary of Apollo where you’ll learn about the history and mythology behind the “Oracle” that was believed to predict the future at this historic site once considered to be the center of the Earth. In the evening you’ll head to Kalambaka where you’ll check into your hotel and have dinner.

Today you will travel to Meteora, visiting two Meteora Monasteries and you will visit Bema of St. Paul in Veria. You will stay overnight in Thessaloniki.

Depart for Kavala. Along the way you will visit the ancient city ruins of Philippi.

Today you will visit various churches in Thessaloniki and then make your way back to Athens. Tonight you will stay in Athens where your cruise awaits you in the morning!
