The safety of your child is our top priority. Before and during your child’s trip we select hotels, transportation companies, restaurants, nightly security guards and tour guides carefully to ensure your child has a safe and enjoyable travel experience.
In addition, every participant (child, parent, and chaperone) is covered by a medical insurance policy with up to $50,000 per person coverage. In the unlikely event that someone is injured while traveling you will have peace of mind knowing that you or your child has insurance coverage if needed. Your group leader has a variety of sign up and payment options. If your group has decided to set up a customized website you will have 24 hour access to your account. Your group leader will give you an ID and Password that will be required for you to register. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation number. You can use the login id, password and confirmation number to check the status of your account and make payments right on our website! As always you can call one of our customer service representatives for assistance registering or making a payments. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards (with Visa/MasterCard logo) or e-check payments directly from your checking or savings account. What to Pack?
Many people ask us what travelers pack for their trip. Your group leader may have a more specific list or requirements, however here is a brief list of our suggestions:
Comfortable shoes & socks
Clothing including pants/jeans/shorts & undergarments
Jacket or Sweatshirt
Pajamas
Umbrella if needed
Sunblock
Toiletry Items
Eyeglasses, contact lenses, Sunglasses
Medications if any and prescriptions (Group Leader to determine how this will be handled)
Phone numbers of Chaperones on the trip and a contact number at home. |
