Work with a member of our staff that will assist you in a customized itinerary for your group.
Once a customized itinerary has your stamp of approval you are ready to go!
You have several different options to have your group register.
1) The group will make payments in one check issued by a school or company and submit paper registration forms
2) This group will make payments by personal check or credit card and submit paper registration forms
3) This group will register via a customized website and make payments on-line or by personal check
If your group has decided to set up a website you will have 24 hours access to all of the participant’s accounts. You will be given an ID and Password that only you will have as the group leader. We suggest that you do not give this information out. You will be able to check the status of your groups accounts and as well you can see the contact information for that student. As always you can call one of our customer service representatives for assistance. On line we have several payment options for your group. We take all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and debit cards. Your group can also pay by check on line.
Rest assured when making a payment on line they are using a secure website. It is that simple! Using this method is easy on you!
We always suggest that you have a parents information meeting if you can to kick the program off. This will insure any questions the participants or parents may have will be addressed. If you get some questions you cannot answer give us a call we would be glad to help.
If you can have a bulletin board in your room or hallway that shows who has signed up. That is great! If Sally see’s her best friend on the list she may not want to miss out on this wonderful trip!
We also suggest the final Parents meeting about 5 days prior to departure. This will make things go smoother on the trip. We also suggest setting a phone tree at this meeting with the parents at home. If you are delayed coming home, this will help keep everyone informed. Ask your representative about how to set this up.
Fundraising is a great way to help your group/students get motivated about a trip and gives the group and parents a sense of pride that they participated in making this trip happen. Once we have begun any of our representatives can give you a list of fundraising ideas that others like you have found to be successful. We will then fax or e-mail you a fundraising form that will make it easy for you to get the proper amounts posted to the correct accounts for those that participated on that fundraising event. We can send you a form for each! fundraising event if you would like.

should your group pack is often the most common question we receive from Group leaders or parents. Here is a brief list of our suggestions and you may have a more specific list for your group.
Comfortable shoes
Shirts

Pants/Jeans/Shorts
Undergarments
Jacket or Sweatshirt
Pajamas
Umbrella if needed
Sunblock
Toiletry Items
Eyeglasses, contact lenses, Sunglasses
Medications if any and prescriptions (Group Leader to determine how this will be handled)
Phone numbers of Chaperones on the trip and a contact number at home If there is an emergency on your tour, you and your tour guide will have a number to contact 24 hours a day for a staff member dedicated to your specific trip. Our staff member will have your itinerary with them at all times to take care of anything that you need! |
